I was also given a sample bottle of Systane Ultra after cataract surgery and I have found this to be the best eye lubricant I've ever tried for dry eye.

After having cataract surgery, one eye feels like something is in it. I was given 3 different eye lubricant samples and of the three, Blink, Optive & Systane, only Systane gave any relief. Though not perfect for me, still it was the only one that helped at all.
